From sketch to your own collection
Every new brand starts as a sketch, becomes real in the first sample and leaves the line checked and ready to sell. Want your own collection produced, a fashion label built or a single style added? As your manufacturer we make it happen — in our own vetted partner factory. Denim is our home turf, from straight fits to hand-finished destroyed looks, and the same line builds your whole range: polo shirts, printed and embroidered t-shirts, fleece sweatshirts, zip hoodies and chinos. Not a middleman. Your line to the factory.
Hartken & Riaz is a German operation with its own family-run partner production for apparel in Pakistan. Our customers are mainly small and young brands: founders building their own fashion label, streetwear labels and merch shops, retailers with their own house brand. All of them want their own collection made without being turned away over rigid minimum order quantities. We are not an agency forwarding your order into the unknown — we represent one factory we know inside out, and we answer for what it delivers.
Our ideology is simple: top quality at a reasonable price. Full package means our team covers the entire chain under one roof — stitching, quality control, design, trims, shipping and even product photography. Nothing leaves production that we wouldn't put our name on.
That's also why we work on demand: no fixed minimum order quantity (MOQ) — it usually becomes economical from around 100 pieces per style, and smaller runs below that are possible, the unit price simply goes up. From sample approval to delivery typically takes four to six weeks. Quantity and lead time become binding with the order confirmation. And you're never in the dark — with our own tracking tool you follow progress live, from first cut to shipping. Communication and quality are our promise.

Sketched, stitched and shipped
Our motto is the route: seven stations, one line. Every piece passes through the same hands — follow it down the line.
Sketch, sourcing & sampling
Every style starts as a sketch and a roll of fabric. Together with you we choose weight, stretch and shade — because the fabric decides how the finished garment falls, feels and fades. From that we sew your first sample, the prototype of your style, and send it to you for review — the first sample is on us. If something is not right, the next sampling round follows, until you approve.
Pattern & cut
Your fit becomes a graded pattern across your full size run, then whole layers of fabric are cut in one precise pass — the moment your fit turns into real cut panels.
From cut parts to garment
Seam by seam, what was cut comes together. Felled seams, bartacks, rivets and bindings give every model its function and its character — from five-pocket denim to kids' sizes. Built to be worn hard.
Wash & finishing — where character happens
The laundry is where character happens. For denim that means stone, bleach, moon and acid wash plus hand-finished destroyed details. For jersey and wovens — t-shirts, hoodies, fleece, chinos — it means garment dye for a worn-in look and enzyme wash for a soft hand. In both cases shrinkage is controlled, so the measurements still hold after the first wash. Every recipe is developed for your style and locked before bulk.
Printed and embroidered
Not every style needs it — plenty live off it. Where print or embroidery belong, they go onto the finished garment after the wash: chest, back, sleeve or leg, in the position and size your design calls for. Puff print for raised motifs, embroidery for logos that have to last.
Checked twice, shipped once
Quality control on the line while sewing, and before shipping a final inspection to AQL, the sampling standard of the apparel industry. Measurements, seams, shade, trims — what doesn't pass doesn't travel.
Labelled, packed, ready to sell
Your woven labels, leather patches, hangtags and packing go on last — your private label, made by us. The order leaves the line ready for your shelf, with honest timings you can actually plan around. And across every station our own tracking tool shows you status, progress and any delays, at any time.
